I have always been a believer, and I've had times when I felt really close to God, and times when I felt far away from him. The bible says that thou shalt not enter the Kingdom of heaven if one is not born again.

I became born again last week Tuesday, and it was so overwhelming as I felt God's love wash over my sins and he forgave me.

The problem is, I have been dating a guy for a year now, and we are pretty serious...but I feel that somehow, things are really gonna have to change. I feel that being in this relationship, I'm being held back from truly being the christian I want to be...we are very affectionate with each other and even though we both chose to wait until marriage, he is still somewhat sexual.
I'm not one to judge...but over time, our spiritual maturity is not on the same level. He takes wonder in physical appearance, almost like that's all he sees at times, focuses on material things that will not in the end make one happy. We love each other, but now I feel we are drifting, because I don't feel that need to always be with him, I don't see him as my all in all anymore, I see God as my all in all. My salvation, because ever since he showed me love...the ultimate love a human being could desire, I am not craving a man's acceptance and admiration anymore.

I love him, but its an earthy love, and I know he's not the ultimate source of love, so its not as deep.
My question is, he's not born again, but he is devoted to God here and there. If u were in my shoes, would you continue dating him? And are born agains supposed to date?

Well how would you feel if the situation were reversed? If he decided to re-dedicate his life to God and you had not done so. Perhaps, you are supposed to be the "light" that leads him to a closer relationship with God. I doubt that the purpose of you being born again or saved has anything at all to do with you. The primary reason might be to help another person, to lead a Christ-like life. I recall something in the Bible about Christ keeping company with the thiefs and prostitues, yes?

Judge not, lest ye be judged.

I am not religious but I respect your beliefs and commitment. Congratulations.
