God .. how did you begin a religious journey into a new religion

I was raised Buddhist but never really was religious as my parents themselves weren’t . They just raised me with Buddhist values.

I always somehow believed in God though

But now I want to explore Christianity a lil more . In Buddhism you , yourself are to blame for every wrong things in your life .

The belief that I can rely and trust in God’s plan for me is starting to speak to me more .

The problem is , none of my friends are religious or Christian . And honestly I’m too scared to walk into a church all alone .

When you began your new spiritual journey, how did you go about it
