Afraid of being alone.....

This is all I hear. And I could not disagree more. How do you guys feel about it?

I hear that alot too. My Virgo friend said it all the time when she was seperated from her abusive husband (a Cancer). He beat her to the point of the cops being called and he was hauled off to jail and because she was scared of being alone she took him back!!!! Grrrrr...
That phrase is disgusting to me. "I'm afraid!!!" Waaaaaa!!!!
I don't fear anything. I prefer to be with a loving partner but I'm not scared to the point of being with someone who is all wrong for me just to NOT be alone.
What is there to be frightened of? If you can't keep company with yourself who in their right mind would want to keep company with you?

well, cant say that I never felt it, I do occasionally..

... but the real fear is of being 'tied down' and entangled with someone who is mean, liar and limited in peception.. would do almost anything to make it work or to get out of it.

That's funny, see ... I've been told that my chart shows that my marriage partner would be a Sag apparently born late November, early December and I'm thinking, my nature is pretty much like handcuffs to a Sag ... I may be too overwhelming to make it with a Sag. 😉

I never really imagined or should I say got to know Sags like that really. It's interesting how you used "Merge" I never thought Sags could be like that but then again I know very little astrologically speaking about the sign. I do like to merge with a lover, I don't have a need to always have my lover around me but I like a dedicated woman. Dedicated at mind, body and spirit. I want exclusivity. I do have things in common with the Sags though as I find that a lot of Sags like to travel explore and see new things as well.

I absolutely agree! I know a lot of people who just hate being by themselves; I don't mind being alone, I love it. My boyfriend loves to go running and he'll usually do races where he goes away for a couple days and I really don't mind it at all. It's just nice to be able to have that space so that you can think and have your own life, just because you are in a relationship it should never mean you give up your individuality and interests. That really is the thing that I strive for. I don't want to get sucked into "real life", work is just a place you go to make money so you can enjoy life- never give work too much importance, it's a recipe for unhappiness and depression. I see a lot of my co-workers so concerned about their "careers", I find it laughable. If you are not out there saving people's lives or doing social work, you really have no excuse to stress out as much about your work. I love living life as it comes, you really learn more from life that way, it's much more interesting.

I agree, mainly. I always have to be a in relationship but when I'm in one I need alone time of course.

I don't want to die alone, or be old alone..... so yes a fear of being alone.
