Can a relationship between a sag and cancer work?

Just curious cuz this guy request to add him on fb and he was a mutual friend of my sis so I did then he would send a message with a compliment then today he sent me a private message on live profile and started asking me about my day and all this and that so now im wondering.

for some reason when i was younger all i was attracted to were cancers.....and they were like cancer to me. it never worked, but thats not to say it wont work for you. they would be amazing for 2 months and then freak out and end everything. i always felt like it was a constant pull me in and push me away thing. also...i always dated cancers who were trying to get over a taurus ex girlfriend. took me so long to get over them. i dunno what it was but i've sworn them off and haven't dated one in a while.

Yes, they can work. For me, I dated a cancer for over 7 years but didn't work out. Him and I were like poison for each other. Now, my sister is a Sag and she has been married to her Cancer Husband for 20 years now and they are still doing good. He is really, really good to her.

I was in an off and on relationship with a cancer male for four years. It was very toxic. They tend to be
waaay to clingy in the sense they keep us sag's sheltered inside their little shell.
We are still really good friends, and he's still in love with me. So there's obvious attraction there, and
they do tend to take care of you better than they take care of themselves. You are their number one priority.

Ohhhh, I'd be careful. I've dated a Cancer and I find them to be really super ultra sensitive. Even more sensitive than Scorpios can be. I was always hurting my Cancer guys feelings with my famous Saggitariun bluntness.... he was always sulking. Drove me friggn' nuts. Way too sensitive for Saggies I think...

Basically.

Ideally, straightforwardness shouldn't be among this individual Sagittarius' most prominent traits. In addition if the Cancer in question is a thick-skinned specimen of the sign, a lot of the predictable interpersonal difficulties will be avoidable.

If each exemplify qualities of their signs known to create maximum incompatibility(blunt versus hypersensitive), the Cancer is likely to perceive the Sagittarius as arrogant, abrasive and an inconsiderate d-bag whereas the Sagittarius becomes increasingly convinced that the former is self-pitying, unstable and impossible to communicate with.

Honestly I wonder how on earth Capricorn and Cancer are able to pull through together considering Capricorn and Sagittarius are both very forthright, even harsh according to some.

Easily-agitated definitely means the same as moody and emotional in my book. It's difficult to turn someone's whole day upside down without making a conscious effort, unless you are dealing with an extremely touchy person.

Exactly. It's like walking on ice with those guys... Not my cup of tea, but the males tend to be great in bed 😉

The females seem like they'd be very selfish in bed, but who knows. Just my observation.

Never hooked up with a Cancer guy although I went on a few dates with one. He was a nice person and good-looking, yet managed to scare me away by prematurely trying to reel me in. He insisted that we should "make it official" and adopt the girlfriend/boyfriend-title despite us going on only 2 brief dates.

Going by that, I was afraid if I ever slept with him it could mean getting lost in a a world of trouble. Felt bad for having to cut it short, but I saw too many red flags. :\

Dang that sucks he went too fast :/ Guess I got lucky cus the cancer I know likes sex, but he's been hurt too much in relationships so he doesn't want one anymore.

He's good looking too so that must be a male cancer thing? Reminds me of this guy...

This to the second power! Scor/Sag cusp here.....9 times out of 10 is a scorp or sag relationship has ended, its because us blunt, lets solve this ish now and move on folk grow tired of dealing with the crab's overly sensitive, withdrawn sidestep.....save urself the headaches girl....

I think when its a male Sag/ female Cancer it works better than the other way around. My brother(Sag) has been married to his Cancer wife for 15 years. They are inseparable!

I'm chatting with a Sag female on fb. She's great! Understanding and love to bake. Oh yes she's really talented and from Mexico.

its never worked for me and ive tried dating so many cancers. i am always drawn to them. in the end, it always comes down to the fact that i am an open book, share everything with my friends and am not private at all. the cancer male is always extremely private and gets annoyed with my openness with people.

also, i always feel like cancer guys will get so wrapped up in the passion of it all for a month or two and its this crazy passionate relationship and then all of a sudden pull back and do a 180....maybe that's just my experience...but sadly, it never worked.
