I think an unhealthy amount of clingyness usually stems from a lack of purpose. In short, I try to be purposeful and not clingy but it happens to everyone.

Venus in Scorpio does that very often, but it can be truly bothersome when it forms challenging aspects (conjunction, opposition, square) with Jupiter or Pluto. These folks can't really get enough satisfaction and their insecurities often make them even more jealous and possessive. They have security issues THAT BIG.

I daydream about me and the other person where everything is just fine, we are having a good time and laugh and stuff... going to a party with our friends.
I wouldn't call that clingy because I would never depend on anyone for anything.
Some people misinterpret that I'm nice to them or that they are important to me - watersigns.
they think they can play all their fucking games with me just because they know the mean something to me.
But that won't go forever. If I'M done I'm fucking done with ya.
