Do you have any out of bounds natal planets? You think declinations have a real effect or just propaganda?

Many thanks to you for your uncomfortable question. It made me google more.

So astro.com gave me a free pdf from chart&AC menu point. There I have three planets out of bound.

Planet | Deklination
----------|----------------
Merkur | 24??26'24" S
Venus | 24??25'10" S
Mars | 24?? 6' 0" S

I cannot judge what gives me this strength currently. Maybe spring/summer. Maybe Jupiter from 18 to 30??. Maybe because of resolved issues in the family.

Side notes:
1) In natal chart have the 8th house declination at 23??25'28" N.
2) My current progression chart has no OOB planets.

Yes but following this i missed my court dates on the other coast of the country

but they've warned us not to over exagerate this and next week. Because of Venus conj. Jupiter, both in Leo trining our fire.

You can wish what you want these two weeks but need to stay on the ground too.
