My Sags, have any of you waited for any extended..

Period of time, for someone you truly cared for? Now this can be, a committed relationship, an engagement, or even a date. I'm just curious to see if my fellow Sags have taken a similar road as I have with relationships or people in general that you care or cared for. 🙂 Come on Sags, I'd love any experiences, stories or heck, venting is fine too! Lol

No. I have a venus in Capricorn in the 7th. Im very realistic in all my relationships. There is no more waiting, hoping that someone will come around and be the friend or lover that I need. Sounds like a never ending merry go round, sounds boring.

im like a train. I keep going and no one is going to hold me up.

But I can definitely understand how the Capricorn in Venus affects you that way, and how you look at relationships of any and all kinds more realistically. I kind of wish I had a little bit of that in me too... Honestly, in most cases, I do tend to dwell on things in that regard, for a bit, before I eventually do the same... Get bored, or just tired of the waiting and move on. I've noticed in myself, maybe a Sag thing, I don't know, but I don't have the longest attention span when it comes to certain things, usually pertaining to people. Not people in my inner circle, but those on the outside mainly.

Dontgetmewrong: I agree with you as well! I have def done that, and after awhile I get this moment, like a moment of clarity, and wake up out of the trance. I feel like my time is too precious, and that time is very limited as is life, to waste it on those who don't want to or know if they want to be a part of mine. Keep it moving!!

Yes my attention is legendary for being short. I really started thinking "oh well," after my fling with a scorp. I learned that people especially fixed signs do not change no matter how hard you pray, no matter what you do. The fantasy is much better than the reality.

I definitely agree with the fixed signs, and not changing... Smh, man is that ever true! They truly don't sometimes I've even attempted to let them think certain things that I may have wanted, seem like their idea... Lol helped for a little be they liked to take credit... But so short lived lol

Beautiful: I have that currently going on... A whole decade actually! LOL but same as you, I have entertained others in the meantime... Be there's no ring on my finger, and no set in stone commitment either.... So yeah, def agree with that! I feel that being the constant "travelers" we are always looking for something to keep our interest or attention.... No matter how long or short lived, that might be.

Beautiful: and yes, eyes ALWAYS set on that prize! Heck, if I'm working hard for something or someone, I'm definitely going to get it! I rather enjoy a good challenge every now and then. 😉

I did wait when I was younger but as DMV said, reality sets in. In that regard I let my leo moon(pragmatic) and mars in scorp(serious) take over. Therefore, I don't even approach unless you are demonstrating that you're serious and ready. No love lost. I just don't waste time and leave open space for the right person to enter my life.

I feel you and it's funny you mentioned progress because it's how I eas able to change my views. I mentioned being pragmatic and realistic earlier. Those two things go hand in hand. What allowed me to change chart wise was my Scorp placements(Asc, Mars, Uranus). Although they are fixed, one thing that Scorp hate is...well being fake.

In those situations, it's pure fantasy and it was able to see them for what they were. My need for progress is very strong because I always see the depth of things and people. So, I had to put my Sag energy of procrastination aside and simply move forward.

You all have a lot of really interesting feedback, honestly it's putting things in perspective for me... I'm literally having a flash back, type thing down memory lane right now. Lol wow.

Any of you ever wish you could go to a certain point in time, and have a redo at anything? Relationship? School? Missed opportunity? Anything? I know I do!

I have a way of living in the clouds so being realistic is a bummer.. it literally affects my health. There is no fun in it but it is a necessary evil at times.


When you talk about moving forward, what if you envisioned the both of you progressing together and decided to wait it out? When do you set a time limit? Is there a time limit?

I really give a timeframe per se. It all depend on one question...what is your patience level. Personally, I look at how much effort that person is putting in as far as the relationship and moving towards our mutual goal. First you have to stop looking at "potential." This may be sobering but not every dream is meant to be fulfilled simply because of who we/they are. There is always the "potential" but you can't dwell on that. The rubber had to meet the road at some point.

That is how I changed, I realized that I was falling in love with potential. I can see the dream become real with that person, but I had to realize that I can't do it alone. They have to walk with me as well. I realized what "standards of behavior" are most important to reaching that dream. You have to correct yourself first and then only date those who are exhibiting(genuinely) the behaviors that build a long term relationship...the fundamentals. And don't settle for less. Really, in this world, the fundamental behaviors are actually the end goals, and all the high minded talk is the beginning. You have to put those things into action or otherwise you're just bullshitting.

B😱 I don't know if there's one thing in particular that I'm waiting on or for... Except the obvious Cappy, I plan to have my future with... But even that, I'm not "waiting" or putting my life on hold for him...
Hmm... I agree with you, I believe everything that has happened, has only taught me lessons and I've grown from them. So redoing the past, would probably be counterproductive. Now, I will say that some years back, there were a few things that I may have wanted to do differently, but now that I'm older, I realize the purpose behind things happening the way they did. 🙂
