Sag in a cage

He's 34 and he claims "to be taking care of his mom" because she's got diabetes (not in a bad condition, he doesn't even take care of her, really, kinda the opposite).

The tricky part here is that I previously had a relationship with this guy and the mom was just cruel to me ( as if I was stealing his boy). Of course I left this relationship for good, and he's just a good friend now. But from what he's told me he's incapable of leaving this dynamic and start a serious relationship with any woman.

I wonder why is his mom doing this to him? like having a Sag in a cage is like the worst thing you can do. She's a leo btw.

Idk I feel like it’s pretty hard to take care of diabetics. My grandma basically MURDERED her second husband because she wasn’t giving him the correct dose of his diabetes meds 👀👀

That sounds really tough. Is he an only child? No father figure to help? There’s not a huge amount you can do really, it’s his drama to deal with... but a Sagittarius is a Sagittarius, probably the best sign for him to have in this situation, they usually find a way to escape when they need to.

The father is gone and his older brother has his own family 😢

I have a friend whose 30 something son lives with her. He takes care of her but it’s not really necessary - yes and no. But she would prefer he have his own life. He has severe social anxiety and is extremely stubborn.. she tries to encourage.

Yeah I know lol. She likes the side effect of him helping her maybe a little too much. Ironically I have the opposite with my son. He is a Leo and I’m a Sag. He is 23 & still at home maturing slowly. I’m more a guiding you & hoping you find your way type so he doesn’t end up that way. He is making progress but it’s slow. I keep threatening to kick him out cuz he needs to fly. Lol but what I don’t want is his unmotivated self to end up in a gutter. He almost moved out last month but it fell through.. Ah being a mom is tough sometimes. My little Scorpio is totally opposite. 🤷‍♀️

😂 I love Sag moms! and the bond between leo and sag is insanely strong! I'm sure he will find the way eventually with your help :·)

My unstable mother was a Leo and she was the same way - she wanted to be the center of attention, and wanted us kids to take care of her. She wanted us to brush her hair and cook her meals and clean the house and buy her stuff and take her places. Yet she was a mean spirited person. She tried everything she could and my older sister ended up staying. I ran as fast as I could as soon as I could LOL.

What do you mean hard on Scorpios and I wouldn't know? I've been with a Scorpio before. I was just asking a question. I didn't realize that you lived with them and had first hand experience in the situation with his mother.

I genuinely was wondering if he was just trying not to hurt your feeling by using her as an excuse.

That sounds super awful! I'm glad you left. Sometimes it's hard with family because sometimes you have to choose between living your own life or living your parent's, brother's, etc. What's your sister's sun sign?

this is what happens when parents shame and guilt trip their children into taking care of them because everyone else has left them alone because they are nasty people - it's very difficult for some young adults to get away from that and then it's not hard at all for others like me - the difference with me could have been my Cap Moon because I was on to her from about age 6 which is the earliest I can remember - as I grew, I continued to read about and study this situation I was in but never did I take my eyes off the day I turned 18. I had planned and left her house that day never to return

That sounds super awful! I'm glad you left. Sometimes it's hard with family because sometimes you have to choose between living your own life or living your parent's, brother's, etc. What's your sister's sun sign?

we are both Taurus but she has Pisces Moon and I have Cap Moon - big difference - oh me and my sister had some fights as she thought that we should take care of her just because she was our mother - I told her I don't let anyone else treat me that way; I'm not letting her treat me that way just because she's my mother

It means that sometimes people are just weird about scorpios with all that manipulation and apprehension and stuff, of course I've been there being a Scorp stellium myself hehe but we're not all like that!

And having your Venus there makes you understand a lot of that energy in yourself, especially if you're a woman.

Oh I get it. Yeah having Scorpio in my chart helps some. I get Scorpios pretty well and the manipulation doesn’t work on me. I can see it coming a mile away. It’s wasted effort 🤣🤣🤣

Scorpios are cool though. You guys are so cute, soft, and mushy when you love someone. The men include!
