this aqua friend of mine

I befriended her at work and i REALLY REALLY liked her. met her family, we hang out. i dig this girl. i brought her around my friends and just enjoyed her company and friendship.

So i made plans with an aqua friend to go to a concert. on the day of the concert, I wasnt feeling well, so i bailed. no $ $ was wasted it was a free concert. I texted her that i wasnt feeling well and she replied back ok.

I come to find out that she told numerous mutual friends how angry and upset she was. mainly this pisces girl. she blurts out how the aqua sent her an angry text about it. i got immediately pissed. i thought we had the type of friendship where she could tell me how she really felt. guess not.

1.) why does she have this pisces girl all up in OUR business. I should have known better because she tells me all this pisces girls' business. and i say to myself, i aint telling this aqua girl nething about me. its going to get around.

2.) im a private person and i take my friendships very seriously. I dont appreciate you telling my business to other people.

3.) if you feel a certain way about me, FUCKING TELL ME. im a big girl, i can take it.

what she did gives the impression that i just didnt give a fuck WHEN like a month b4, some virgo girl was talking shit about the aqua girl. I immediately put the virgo in her place and told the aqua girl about it. I told her that i dont accept any bad talk about my friends.

look at how i was repaid....

I think Aquas are just very non-confrontational for the most part.
They just get quiet and passive aggressive.

As far as her venting to a mutual friend...it kind of seems like she wanted it to get back to you.
A bit sad that she couldn't tell you to your face.

When I found out my Leo friend said stuff behind my back... I didn't immediately confront her, I just waited for a good opportunity and was like "I know you felt a certain kind of way about it...wish you would have told me directly and I didn't have to find out from someone else...but I guess now's as good a time as any other to tell me..." She was a little defensive at first like "who said I said something about you? what?" But she eventually said how she felt and I responded and that was that.

Didn't solve anything...she actually runs her mouth about me all the time apparently...but whatever, I feel better having let her know I know. *shrugs*

Kinda like...do your part...the rest is up to her.

If she wants to continue to be that type friend after you have established you prefer to talk about it amongst yourselves...then that's on her. Guess you won't be good friends anymore.

That's what had to happen with me and the Leo.
I'm just not the same friend to her that I once was. Probably won't go out of my way for her ever again. I know it bothers her, which is evident by the way she runs her mouth now, but I could really care less because she's doing it - not me.

I like aquas, i think they are fascinating but then they piss me off all over sudden :/

i did ask her about it and i did it in a way that i didnt want it to harm the friendship but i also wanted her to keep other people out of our business.

now, onto this pisces girl.

I don't understand why you'd want to hang out with someone who you feel you can't tell your business to for fear that it might get around.

Defeats the purpose of a friendship, imo.

well those types of friends are good for superficial events. clubs, bars, etc.

My mother is an Aquarius Sun/Moon/Merc.... You CANNOT tell her ANYTHING. She also LOVVESSSS to stir up shit, even in our own family. I love my mom, but it is KNOWN you don't tell her anything. She loves to be in the pot and will talk shit about anyone.

I dont know for a fact if she divulged personal info, but chances r good that she did because shes told me everyones elses business.I caught on and stopped telling her mine.

After we spoke about it. She was still open and friendly.

I did talk to her the minutee I found out about her "venting". I just decided never to tell her anything substantial. She has loose lips.

I even dropped hints way b4this happened. Someone had asked her a question about me and I told her to say nothing. Ive told her repeatedly that I dont even fuck with neone like I fuck with her.

Still, in on e ear and out the other.

I bet she didn't tell those that she told me that she was ok . When someone tells me that they feel fine, thats what im going off on.

I dont think you all understand the brevity of the situation.

Less than a month ago, people were talking about her n the office. She had been telling me about her weight gain and she startex to put on a tummy. It was making her feel insecure.

People were whispering about her being pregnant and we squashed it the first time. But she was bothered by it. Started wearing baggier clothes, talking about it more. The second time a virgo gal came up to me laughing about how people were talking again about the aqua girl again and I got PISSED. I immediately confronted the virgo and told her to quit the shit. And I told the aqua girl all about it. I told her that I dont tolerate that bs. She was my home girl and I got her back. She thanked me.

Now, this is how im repaid. I realize that EVERYONE talks. But I do not talk about my circle. Dont tellme you feel one way when u feel another. Dont talk shit about me if I wont even let the lowest of the low talk about u.

Oh, I agree that it has nothing to do with your situation...just agreeing about a general rule of thumb.

As for your, I am not under the impression you were too concerned about her spreading your business. It seems you are more upset she didn't come to you and tell you she was bothered...she told other people...which makes it seem like she didn't want to resolve anything, she just wanted to bitch about you.

I understand 100% what you're going through because I am going through the same thing, as I said before.
I have given her many opportunities to come to me when things bother her...but she still bitches to everyone but me. So fuck her. *shrugs*

It's possible. But you know what? I will be there for my friends when they need me, no matter what...even if they've betrayed me. Here it seems there's a difference is what is considered a betrayal. As an aqua I can say that I would never intentionally or maliciously harm a friend.
I suggest you set your boundaries and terms with her if you care about the friendship and keep it going from there, but that's just my sugg.

MAYBE she didnt wsnt to speak her mind bc it would be selfish of her to demand for you to go or even show you she was upset but you said you didnt feel well.
