When a Saggitariutt falls silent?

My cousin, he's been way too quiet lately and I really don't know what's up. I tried talking to him about it and he simply told me he was bored. But I don't believe so. He's been with his girl for 6 months now and even she don't what's up and no matter how hard she tries she can't figure out what's wrong. He's even been acting a bit more hostile lately. Not towards me, but towards other people. I feel I have to jump in and tell him to cool it, but he don't like being told to calm down even when it's his best interest and recommended he do so before he escalates a conflict. I don't know what's wrong with my cuz. Is this a normal Sag thing to be closed off about issues and silent all the time? Or it something seriously up with him? He was once pretty loud and rowdy, but now. He's creepy silent.
He is probably having problems with his gf. He will get over it soon. How long has he been silent for?

I've suggested maybe going to another state with his gf and have fun there. But he's been pretty frank about it and doesn't really wanna go anywhere else.
He's stuck in a rut and trying to find his way out of it. I probably unhappy with how things are going. Not to say that things are bad but there is something that he is not happy with. Unfulfilled. He'll find his way.
leave him alone.
i do that.
often.
