Why my sagittarius friend is so annoying?

I m so confused regarding my sag friend s behaviour. We have a long distance friendship since last six years and he is always so good to me . I got married two years before and i have a baby now. After my marriage we had a rare connection because i was so busy in my life. But couple of weeks ago we started talking again like before suddenly one day he started showing his interst towards me but i ignored and the other day he clearly told me that he is interstd in me , he even said he loves me. I was shocked to know . He asked for an answer but i did ignore and said you are just getting emotional . Then we keep talking that day like nothing happend. But very next day he just vanished and it has been a week he is constantly ignoring me. I dont know why is he doing this and what should i do now? Shall i move on or wait for him?

What effect do you think aspects, i.e. Squares,Oppositions, Conjunctions etc have when they are outside of the accepted orb? Do aspects by sign only still have some credence?
