Advice for a Scorpio rising

Im just woundering Im a leo but not a typial one some times I get depress and have dark moods how can you people deal with?
Im saying this in a non offencive way.

Thing is that dark moods usually have something in them that you need to face head on and deal with it to get away with it.Bummer yes but pushing em away and ignoring them won't change anything until you pick at it to see what the real problem is and fix that.

Oh yeah and sometimes just finding out why and admitting it to yourself is the only thing you need.
