hi scorpios!
i am sun in taurus moon in scorpio.
all of my best friends have been scorpios and intuition runs high between the lot of us. it is to the point that our inside jokes bring us to tears; if something happens to be funny we can all look each other in the eye and know precisely why something is super hilarious. scorpios seem to offer the intensity i crave in any relationship to know that it is real.
my boyfriend is a scorpio with a taurus moon. we are expecting a little girl in august, he is super excited. he just felt the baby move for the first time a few weeks back and he just fell in love with the idea of becoming a father. he's always wanted a child, me too.
but i was wondering a few things and who better to ask than scorpios! okay how are scorpios as parents--specifically as fathers? i know taurus is supposed to be a nurturer, second to cancer but where do scorps stand?
ALSO, on the fly-- why why WHHHHY do you guys stare so hard? i mean he was looking at me one time and i dropped my fork because we were eating dinner and it caught me off guard and he just smirked. he watches me when i sleep, is that just a scorpio thing?
he is a man of few words, although he does say i love you/i'm in love with you sometimes. come to think of it, i probably don't really say i love you either but i assume he knows i care because i can demonstrate that.
uhm but yeah aside from his temper and moodiness and my need to fill in the blanks about him because he is quite hard to read everything is super. i would like us to get married one day, lol but i want to wait for it to be his idea and not mine!

I think the staring thing is defo a scorpio man trait....the scorpio women I know don't care to stare....
I go all silly and girly if I like someone..so staring is out of the question!..besides, I find it rude to stare at people..
I have been on the receiving end of a plutonian guys stare and it defo sends shivers and other things up your spine..wanted to jump out and shag his brains out...ahem....
::shakes head to erase thought from head::
it's not a technicality. but then again you'd have to know me personally to understand how i interpret marriage, lol.
and yeah, haha sometimes a stare like that is out of control. it's like you really just want to surrender yourself.
and yr right, my female scorpio friends don't really stare that much, they just tend to ask probing questions. like they seem to act like sleuths.

I dated a Taurus with Scorp moon and I can say that she never really got comfortable with my stare or with me. My rising is Scorp as well, so my staring comes out quite naturalluy. The intensity would rise up when she was answering something that was important to me, it's like I was trying to grasp the moment as much as possible, trying to get as much info as I could while she was talking. I couldn't really help it and you could feel that she was uncomfortable. I find she was more comfortable revealing to me while laying her back on my chest, looking away. At a dinner table or standing up face to face. She ridiculously nervous and would start rambling all kinds of things.
My brother is a Scorpio too, but he's an October Scorpio. he's a loving dad, he plays with his kids and never push them too hard. he's patient and responsible too... but he will make sure his kids are independent.
Funny... just met my Taurus guy yesterday... it's the first time we open up about each other.
We're talking non-stop for hours, never tear our eyes from each other...
he bombard me with personal questions and EVERYTIME i tear my eyes away from him he will stop talking and follow my gaze, turning to where i put my gaze on or asking 'what's wrong'
so i ended up staring at his eyes for hours... and hours... and my head hurts... lol
he did that in the past too, just stares at me and said nothing...
When i stare into your eyes, it means i'm curious. i want to know what's in your head that very moment. but seriously.. talking and staring for hours is too much... and i wonder how he can get those steady gaze of him >.

>>>he watches me when i sleep, is that just a scorpio thing?
He will watch the baby sleep, too. But with you he is trying to "decide" something. It's not what you hope.
>>>>i probably don't really say i love you either but i assume he knows i care because i can demonstrate that.
I highly recommend that you begin to do this more frequently STARTING NOW ...STOP READING and GO TELL HIM.
I know it wasn't said to you often as a child and/or you have TROUBLE expressing yourself.
It's HARD for you to part with those words.
TELL HIM ...and TELL HIM "WHY" so that he can understand why you withhold this from him.
I decided to post ONLY after seeing this line ...
>>>>i would like us to get married one day, lol but i want to wait for it to be his idea and not mine!
Read all of my comments above AGAIN.
Do what you need to do (as stated)
then tell him
"You'd look good wearing a wedding band,
but then ALL the girls would want you.
I don't know if I could handle the jealously."
You can send us the pictures next summer.
