Im sooooo confused,
Shes the scorp i liked a while back and she said she wasent interested at ALL.

Shes said some cold things not really mean to me in the past and always wondered why?

Haha, nothing better than scorpio remorse! I've done that a few times after I've been harsh to someone. Its like we look back and think "damn! that was mean, i'll never forgive myself if i dont apologize." If nothing else you at least know she cares about you as a person. And if nothing else you can be friends.. if you want to be.

I agree that she probably realized something and decided to tell you she's sorry, because Scorpios do make an effort to be just.

It was a joke.He liked her,he asked her out,she said no,shes not interested.She didn't say yes by saying she felt bad about the way she said it.It's not a game just human to not want to cut out people completely just because your not interested in dating them.

Ok, so ask her again if she's interested, I mean, either you mean business or you don't. At least I would realize at that point that you're not playing a game.

If you say yes to her propose after she said no to your first propose, this is the sign that you gave control over you to her. She can do whatever and whenever she want with you. Same goes for all other things in relationship too. I think it will not be right to allow her to come to you.
