I have a Scorpio man that has been flirty with me for about a year. Knowing how Scorpios are, I was his friend and had great 'come backs". After seeing him with suttle hinting, aka, "me catching him glaring at me", "him focusing on me" and offering me his food in a silly way, I broke down and wrote him a sweet letter explaining that I would like more. He hasn't called.. I stopped by the gas station by his work ( thinking he didn't see me) yet as I was leaving, he came out and said "hi" to me. I am curious ,if he cares for me, why hasn't he said anything to me? I am crazy for him.
