I'm not trying to be facetious here...okay yes I am. Your title must be about you, right? You ignore him becuase you're not in the mood to deal with someone who was being nothing but friendly, and you're rude or uninviting by turning your back on him without a word. Then when you feel you're up to it you decide he's worthy to talk to and he rightfully blows you off like you did him but HE'S rude. Still trying to figure out where the difference is in that mind of yours when you were rude AND you deserved the blow off he gave you.
Okay, on to the next reality check... Then you want him around, then you don't. Tell him to go away, but he doesn't realize really that you're serious, and you are messed up, and you really don't think too much of other's feelings for whatever reason...whether that's normal for you or not will be determined, but for Scorps sake yeah fits this scenario. Control freak, or are people like puppets to you?

I know I deserved the blow off. I wasnt trying to be rude, wasnt in the mood (problems with another guy, anti-men at that moment)
If you were having guy issues from the start then why did you pursue him only to "lose interest" because you remembered you had these guy problems? Sounds like you like to play head games
You have a right to change your mind, but it's not the speech it's the presentation. In other words, it's how you went about it that seems very cold and like people are of easy disposal to you. You're getting it, but you're not with him. His reaction both by telling you to shut up would be typical too, not immature but yeah, fine I'll leave ya the fuck alone bitch, etc. His coming back is because he likes you enough to not think that you meaning for him to take a hike is serious.

You need a much more better approach. You're taking your man hating out on an innocent bystander and you'll feel bad later. You may need to elaborate more.
