Do Scorpio folk like to make fun of people in general?

Just a curious question. I've met scorpio who make fun of others behind their backs- sometimes very harsh things. But then up front with those people I see them acting all buddy buddy with them like nothing and sometimes make fun of others along with them. Is this just a normal thing with scorpios? Even if they like someone as a friend they still do this behind their backs? Or would the making fun of be direct?

Well I know this Scorpio who would always make fun of this other person all the time cause he keeps talking about suicide. To some it's a very touchy subject. But then again, this guy that he makes fun of always causes problems to everyone- doesn't do anything to help himself and blames everyone else (oh another Scorpio lol). Anyways, that's an example.
