Ex scorpio wanted closure

Last night I get a call from the ex who I had ignored and not said hi to (yes, the one that everyone said would never talk to me again). He was drunk (why does he always have to be drunk to tell me the truth?) and asking what I was up to and telling me about his night. He then asked me about the scorpio I'm talking to right now (they know each other a little) and said "so you're talking to him now." I said yes, then told him I was tired and going to head to bed. Then I hung up.
Then I get a text saying "sorry". All I said was "no worries, I'm just really tired." The response I get is..
"It's all good. I'm kinda seeing someone." then when I told him "cool, idk why you're telling me this" he responds he wants closure. I just told him he got closure a long time ago. Which I thought he had when he said "we're just too different."
Seriously....wtf.. anybody have any clue with this one?

I'm just a questioning person by nature. I like to know why people do things. It's why I got into psychology. The way the mind works intrigues me, and even more so when you add astrology in there. I just wanted to see what everyone thought. I like reading the opinions.

I don't think it's all scorpios. This one I'm talking to now is a straight shooter. Must be the moon in aquarius. He likes that I'm straightforward and he's straightforward with me.
He likes how bold I am too. He wanted to know what tie I had to my ex scorpio. I told him to just text him and ask, since they know each other, and he did and got his answer (that me and the ex scorp had dated). I'm lucky to have such a nice ex who didn't talk crap about me.

Yes, my rising is gemini and I would agree. I analyze everything. I still analyze relationships from waaaaaaay back. It's not necessarily that I care about the person. I just like looking at every aspect of the situation.
With this, I've never had this happen to me before so of course you know I'm gonna be all over analyzing it.

Agreed. I'm not generalizing here. I mentioned earlier I know of a scorpio who is very straightforward. I think especially those with fire and air signs in the their charts are more likely to be straightforward

I just call it talking, or seeing.
Obviously I have a stronger connection to the leo. I've know him for 6 years. I've only known the scorpio for about 2 weeks now. If I were to become official with one I would drop the other. But only when it's official. Other than that I'm still technically single.

This point is what gets lost on people who choose to engage in casual sex and multiple partners.
Such people will always have a peculiar sense of emptiness and unfulfillment.
Rather than building up strength, there is "division" in the spiritual/emotional/psychological/mental capacities
that can promote the breakdown or deterioration thereof that "can" ultimately include physical breakdown.
Mind you this phenomena occurs over a period of years, even decades, depending on the individual.
When children are involved, statistically, they stand a better chance when both parents stick together than they do with "add-a-dad" philosophies. Marriage and childrearing is hard work and it takes both to do the job.
