Female Scorpio.....SMH

What's up with my husbands female Scorp cousin (Krazy) behavior

On Thanksgiving I met her for the very 1st time and she gave me the ultimate EVIL EYE.
I was polite to her and just ignored her Childish antics....I smiled at her, she wouldn't smile back "dude I'm dating your cousin that your Not even close to" what could you possibly have against me and you meeting me for the 1st time. She came across as if she didn't like that there was another very attractive female in the room (we are Both Attractive women)


FAST Forward to today

I see her again at another family function AND she was being EVIL for no reason again (she walked in the house and did not say hi After I said hello to her)...lol
I haven't seen her since Thanksgiving....I don't even know her

But this time I Forced myself to get to know her and push past her catty behavior....and she lightened up "A LITTLE" and I having a good time.

Being that I'm familiar with Astrology...I asked her what's her B-day....and she said......
10/30 = Scorpio

Go figure....I know Scorpio Very well plus she seems to have some Leo in her too

Hmmm.... Yea sometimes Scorpio women can be bitches if they have assessed a person to be beneath them for one reason or another. Of course, this is all in their heads.

But I am not actually sure... That's just a wild guess. Do you know any of her other placements?

The Scorpio I worked with didn't go out of her way to be overly friendly. Behind the pleasantries from time to time, we didn't say a word to each other. Took almost four months before we had an actual conversation and then things changed dramatically. Hung out multiple times outside of work, started doing lunches, drinks, and when she left we talk a few times a week still. It's one of those things where they won't go out of their way to talk to you, but if you put in a bit of effort then things will get better.

I can tell a lot about who may or may not have been beneath who by what she wore when we went clubbing "cute but kinda cheap"

Anyway as a therapist I know how to look past childish behavior for the greater good (my husbands cousin)

AND I know how to adapt to people INSTEAD OF Going crazy and checking her ass because her rudeness was truly uncalled for.

Where is she from?

I currently live in a SMALL city in the mid-west, but I am originally from Los Angeles. I stick out like a sore thumb. From my car, to the way I dress, to how I speak. There were a few people who pre-judged me based on this. Basically, they allowed their own insecurities to affect their initial impression and interactions with me.

Maybe this is not an astrological issue and more so an issue of jealousy and/or insecurity?

Yea they are from a real country area in Louisiana (Real country) its a way of life that is very-very diff from what I'm used to BUT that's what attracted me to my husband he is county and I'm from the city.

Im not sure what your defense on her behalf is about....however Im explaining what happened as it happened. Just because she dresses cheap and LOVES lil wayne (which I like as well) doesn't mean I was not polite and respectful....

Actually I caught it too but then was distracted by all the superficial dissing.

I wouldn't even continue to try if someone is acting so cold or negative towards me. It says more about them than me. If they decide not to give me a chance without knowing me, then I don't wanna know them anyway. You don't have to get along with, ALL of your in-laws. I would just enjoy my husband and the rest of the family and chill.

I am a scorpio a I look at people a lot while in deep thought sometimes...its kinda of I am looking at you, but not looking at you lol if that makes any sense. In general some people dont realize everyone's perception of something or someone is always different. You had thoughts about her upon meeting or seeing her for the 1st time and vice versa. Who knows how she felt.

Me myself if I would have noticed she was starring and didnt speak when I spoke to her and noticed the constant stares. I would have walked over to her and said are you ok...is everything alright, to throw them off and knock down that ice sculpture lol. Some of us scorpios are just fun like that 🙂

Could have been an facial expression you gave off that she picked up first glance. I am guilty of this sometimes. for example...If I see something, or smell something disturbing, it is written all over my face and I dont try to hide this fact. and when asked i would let you know exactly why.

Also when I admire something I see I may look because I like what I see and not necessarily hating on the person...and if opportunity permits, I would tell them that they look great. I dont get threatened by other people opinion... their jobs, what kind of guy they have, what they have, what they are wearing, what they drive or anything else for that matter. If you are doing your damn thing than I high five you on that.

I think any animosity these signs have towards the other stems from them both relying too much on "intuition" and not enough on direct communication when dealing with each other.

I have many friends from both signs; it's strange and funny to me how often they do NOT get along, despite what astrology says.

Yes, both signs are extremely intuitive. But both signs tend to be extremely guarded as well, especially with people they do not know. I've seen so many misunderstandings between these two that start with one calling the other untrustworthy or sneaky or manipulative, etc. However, they usually base this initial assessment off of the other's body language, tone of voice, word choice, etc rather than any empirical fact. The person being assessed quickly picks up on this and goes on the defensive or accuses the assessor of the exact same thing and it becomes a self fulfilling prophecy/chicken-or-the-egg type thing.

I think others on the boards have referred to it as "mirroring" or the "water dance", which I find apt.

I completely agree with this and your 2nd post. I would also add that the Crab and Scorp being two head strong aloof women; also Cardinal and Fixed are actually drawn toward each other and waiting for the other to approach. There can be fascination between these two signs and oftentimes because the communication is very poor it gives off bad vibes. This is where Pisces comes in to install a quick witted compliment and breaks the ice. Whereas the Crab and Scorp will compete.

I also think as a Sag/Crab we don't take well to what we perceive as someone immediately "not liking" us when we think we are being kind and wonderful. Some people read it differently or "think" they see what's truly underneath. All there needs to be is an expanding of the mind to understand that we could either dig beneath the surface to find out what's really going on or blow it off.
