Help me scorpio men!

Hi,
I know this guy for about 10 years now. We did see each other briefly, but since 2 years we see each other almost daily,
Since I we work in the same building. He was always joking, happy, etc. but when I saw him again 2 years ago he looked depressed, sad and angry. I didn't pay attention, but after a while I noticed he was watching me, following me around, gazing, etc. I'm a very energetic and joking girl and it looks like I make him happy in some way. When I laugh and he walks by, he always has a little smile on his face, touching my schoulder if he suddenly stands behind me...
I'm worried about him and did ask some people since how long he is being so depressed, cause I know he can be a really fun man to be around, and they all give me the same answer: 'since you are around.'
He told someone else that he loves me, but I'm in a relationship... Can it be he sees his one true love in me, or how do you interprent this...? Please help me!
