How can he get around this scorpio at his work?

Okay..my friend kyle works as a fitness coach at the YMCA. Well.. recently a 41 year old female scorp lady come into the work place and she is nothing more than a regular worker there but she acts like she owns the place and shes only worked there for like a couple of weeks which does not compare to the experience and training/certificates that kyle has.
He cought her training HIS clients (something she is not aloud to do especially since she is not trained) and he told her that she cant be doing that. all she had to say was "OH i know what i am doing!!"
aside from that she is a real B*tch and she bosses everybody around (keep in mind she is on the lowest employee level) she acts like a manager and shes bullying kyle. he doesnt listen to her half the time and he goes about his bussiness. he will tell his boss how she is acting and making others feel(all the employess complain) and she makes up stuff to get kyle introuble for not letting her bully him.
What can he do to get her to leave him alone? he has worked there a long time and is not plannig on quiting anytime soon but they all want scorp lady to leave.
HELP!!

she needs to be shown her own humility. hopefully enough complaints will remove the chip on her shoulder (by hopefully removing her), but i think aguaaqi is right... it's who she is. people like that will never learn.
