I attract the strangest of people

And I personally don't understand how, but at this point, I'm just assuming it all has to do with my scorp moon. It's not even like I'm upset; I'm just curious as to how I attract that people I attract. Some people I don't think would be attracted to me in a million years, and some just come out of nowhere when I least expect it.
So, is it my scorp moon that does a lot of this? A lot of the time, I don't even know how I come off to other people. What about my moon attracts people, especially those that have many air placements that would make them more detached and aloof than most (I attract MANY of these people).

Im an air sign (aqua) and I seem to attract many water signs. As im drawn to them and their deepness and intensity but I still like to stay detatched. To me they are intriguing and im never bored lol. Where as other signs especially other air signs have bored me... I think thats just because they are to much like me and they don't get deep. I already know what to expct from them where as water signs it tends to be an on going mystery. So I like to stick around them.
But I feel like we attract each other. Atleast for me I'll meet someone interesting that im really intrigued by and they almost always come out as water signs.
