His boss put him back on midnights again and he was hoping that he'd remain on the afternoon shift -- he's still in training so working midnights is really hard on him

I feel really bad that he has to work on such a tough and LONEY such. So I want to make something for him ... but I don't know what to cook. He's trying to lose weight (not that he needs too).
