Is having the talk in 20 minutes

My blah ness lately never got better it got worse in fact. I lost tons of sleep this week so I came to the conclusion that I needed to talk to a neutral 3rd party: a professional to sort through the mess I've been in the past two years with:

Aqua man
Leo friend that moved away
My boiling anger at what "obligation" truly means. I.e having talents and obligated to saaave humanity
Feeling of lack of support

Anyway my appoint is in 15 minutes, wish me luck!

Hopefully this is the first step to being free from a two year burden.

It went ok. Was a first session. Just barely touched the surface of one problem I.e aqua man. She did say even if he's mixing work/personal I need to not take things so personally so it won't affect me emotionally.

Good for you and good luck. It took me many years to find the right therapist but when I did it was like Magick. She is more of a shaman to me.

I didn't really know what to expect. She did say it was a complex situation. She said for things to change I need to be open to having one last conversation and to not take someone's idiocy personally.
