I've often wondered about this, too. It's as if there's a persistent feeling in the back of your mind akin to intuition going off when it comes to some of them. I've usually chalked it up to remembering old feelings and a bit of imagination running away with me, but it's also something intangible and exceptionally difficult to describe. It also comes and goes without reason, prompting, or warning.

What will society do about all the bums and homeless people?
I am watching a few documentaries on YouTube about them, and there are a ton of them in Los Angeles.
It seems like LA is the mecca of bums.
