God, another INTJ.
You know, for a super rare personality type, it sure does seem very common.
Posted by themagnetorebornAgree. I think this is one of the more common types, despite what is said.

INFJ, determined with multiple tests including the paid one.
It fits me very well.click to expand
Posted by Infinite8Posted by TheLadyScorpioI've also ranged on Introverted/Extroverted and Feeler/Thinker.
It depends, but I usually either get INFJ or INTJ as a test result.
Although I seem to get INFJ a shade more often than the latter.
But I had it last done with life coach and more extensive testing, resulting in ENFJ as my core.

Posted by Infinite8I find that too with this forum. I'm introverted, but friendly. Online forums appeal to me, so I've been a member of other forums, but DXP is unique (both in good and bad ways, lol).Posted by CopperDoveSo true! I'm usually very social and have never done forums. DXP has been the only one and a new experience for me. It allows me to exercise other parts of me that are usually ignored.

Posted by Infinite8I find the same thing on this site. I've learned what to avoid and what to pay more attention to more. The pause helps me as well.Posted by CopperDoveI agree... One just needs to be extra diligent at picking threads to read, because some just are so negative and depleting - not worth reading. Others can be very inspiring and make you express a thought at deeper levels by writing/typing it. There is a pause before action/reaction that I find therapeutic and it helps my ability to analyze a situation, my behavior or my past. I really love when that happens!Posted by Infinite8I find that too with this forum. I'm introverted, but friendly. I learn a lot too... As you have seen, I have learned from you! Those are great moments as well!!
For an introverted person, this might be something you do more often, but it helps you socialize with a distance. It's also great in that sense... I can see that.click to expand
Posted by Infinite8Posted by TheLadyScorpioYeah, that makes sense. You must be bordering on the Feeler side but close to Thinker like me. When you go through tough times or moments that require you to be on your toes (no time to get emo)... You become a thinker.Posted by Infinite8Posted by TheLadyScorpioI've also ranged on Introverted/Extroverted and Feeler/Thinker.

Hmm Infinite8, that is a concept I very much agree with. To follow along such lines of thinking I truly believe my core to be INFJ.
The changes in results often occur when I happen to take the tests after dramatic changes have occurred in my life whether it be events that have happened to me or a result of me taking a different pathway.
The last time I took this test, which was quite some time ago, it resulted in INFJ.
I'm like that as well! And at work, I am more of a thinker - solutions come first before feelings. Even when colleagues come to me, I refute/block the emo side and focus on fixing the problem.
I think you have an asset in your hands ?click to expand

At work, in a team of 6, 3 are INTJ. One being my boss who always boasts about being "OCD". Its obnoxious, really. Not my favorite type.click to expand

Posted by Infinite8I would imagine him to be a borderline, rather than an extreme Extrovert. Time has really mellowed him out, he is turning out to be rather tasteful, like fine wine. He really enjoys interacting with others in a positive environment, I believe he gets energy from it but he is not one to be a constant spotlight hogger. He seems to enjoy simply being in that social bubble as a participant, with the spotlight focus on him from time to time.Posted by TheLadyScorpioLol... I think that because I border on I/E, I think I could be OK with a borderline Introvert. But, I am an extreme J and P's can drive me nuts sometimes!!! Last minute changes, planning NOTHING. Omg... My husband and I really worked on a couple years of negotiating a balance there before we saw the calm!! ?Hahahaha....Posted by Infinite8Posted by ZenBearLol... My SO, the last time he took the test I believe he was an ENTP.
Simply imagine the great times we have between an INFJ and an ENTP.
I can only imagine for you as well...lol! I think I would also have a hard time with an extreme Extrovert. I love socializing and get energy from it... But I'm also intuitive and sensitive to my environment and need lots of alone time to recuperate. It's a balance act. Fortunately, my husband is the same ✨??✨click to expand
Posted by TheLadyScorpioMy theory is that INFJ is the core of INTJ women, while INTJ is the core of INFJ men.Posted by Infinite8Posted by TheLadyScorpioI've also ranged on Introverted/Extroverted and Feeler/Thinker.

Posted by Infinite8Same - I'm not a saint either, but I'm definitely nowhere near the nasty stereotype.Posted by CopperDoveI won't claim to be a saint, but I'm definitely not the extreme stereotype of a Scorpio either. It's funny, because I know so many female and male Scorpios and out of the females, all are exceptional women. Out of the men, they are amazing too, but I do know a few really bad ones.Posted by Infinite8I find the same thing on this site. I've learned what to avoid and what to pay more attention to more. I've learned from you too - great moments for sure. And given what a bad rep our sign can have (unfairly) it's great to see positive examples of what Scorpio people can be like, vs the stereotyped negative version.
