New to the Site and Dating a Scorpio

Hi, there. I'm new to this site, but have read quite a few of the chat logs and really like most of the advice. I'm hoping I can get advice for my situation.

I recently met a Scorpio male, age 30 and I'm 31. I'm a Taurus. I'm not too knowledgeable in the area of astrology, but I've read many articles on the internet that say that Scorpio and Taurus are "opposites" but are compatible.

Here are some characteristics I have observed in him: honest, funny, tall, great kisser, affectionate, loves to be near my by holding my hand, playing with my hair, rubbing my back, etc.

I've been hurt in the past with men who say they are interested in me, but he and I have so much in common that it's interesting and scary all at the same time.

He cooked my dinner last night and after dinner, he sat on the couch next to me and told me that he could see himself falling in love with me quick. I didn't know how to react, so I saw "Aww...thank you". LOL...I mean, I didn't know what else to say.

Are Scorpios full of emotion or full of Sh*t? I hope that they're full of emotion.

Is there a difference between a scorp and a stalker?

I'm glad you said that. This is how I feel with my current situation, and I'd much rather think, "oh there's that wacky scorpio keeping an eye on me" instead of "there's that waky stalker keeping an eye on me". Subtle difference maybe.

Yeah, in the beginning I always threw her crap right back at her, it was fun. She put me through so many damn tests, and I don't know if I passed them all but I called her on every single one and it was actually funny, that give and take. Then I called her nuts, doesn't trust me. Like others have said here, I need to be patient, and maybe SOMEDAY that trust will come back. In the meantime I have to deal with the semi-stalking.

I do have those Sag traits though, when something gets out of hand I call the person on it immediately, I don't hold anything back, I say what I mean. But sometimes afterwards I feel like I was too blunt, too direct. Ofentimes what I think is a harmless sarcastic joke gets taken the wrong way, and people get hurt. Like with this scorp, she had no problems teasing me but once you make one remark that is a joke, they take it super personally and keep bringing it up.

What do you mean by stalking? Do Scorpios have a tendency to REALLY go after what/who they want?

This girl was all over me in the beginning, she started it all, I didn't have to do a thing. They have a sixth sense, they know where you are going to be. It can be too much, all the attention.

The scorpio I'm dealing with is mad at me, so she's ceased contact more or less, but still keeps an eye on me.

Are Scorp Men and Women alike or do they have different characteristics?

I'm sure they are differen't...Men & Women in general are differen't...They might have some of the same qualities though...

I don't know, HP, it's fits the "typical" scorpio description. Most guys just don't give a flying F, whereas scorpios take the time to do these things - like 1st degree murder versus 2nd degree. They are premeditaded cuz they are so deeply emotionaly invoived, which on the good side of things can be great, or...
