The guy who coined this and other funny holidays is obviously married to a Scorpio. I am thinking of Jynja, elisabethur, Rabbit's wife and other brave souls as I type this.

No Socks Day -- If we give up wearing socks for one day, it will mean a little less laundry, thereby contributing to the betterment of the environment. Besides, we will all feel a bit freer, at least for one day.

I actually do this a lot. Barefoot ftw.
