I love you. But you confuse me.
But then I wonder: are you really that confusing? Or am I just too ______ [fill in the blank].
And then I wonder if there's an entry in one of the DSM volumes about whatever the hell I suffer from.
Long story short: I feel all the feels and I am not comfortable with it because I don't know how to do it!! I don't like not knowing things!!!

I love hugs, Elle's bells!!
And I do love knowing things, Mr. Fire-Cracker (in honor of the 4th of July) Bird. I'd rather talk and know things than NOT talk and NOT know things. Blunt Honesty is better than silence.

That's fine, personally, I'd rather not talk and know things than to talk and not know things.
Contrary to the roar of the crowd, Honesty can be found in silence and solitude. To put it Bluntly.click to expand

Yeah, it's hard having to be the one that's open all the time but not getting that in return.

Scorpios are confusing? Why?
Posted by Andalusia
Planning for and freaking yourself out about the future to the detriment of the present? I do not understand that thought process.
Posted by AndalusiaPosted by Koniucha
I think the issue with Scorps is that they can be very direct and honest and that can be scary. But deep down inside we are very soft. We are just tryimg to protect ourselves.
But telling someone that you see a future with them; that they are the only real relationship they have ever been in (despite having been married and divorced), that they are one of the only people they can confide in [other than their family]..
And then all but disappearing? And; when questioned, stating, "I'm sorry.. But there is something 'whole and complete about you', which will always scare me and make me run away."click to expand

Hmmmm.....Scorpios are pretty direct when they have something to say. Maybe the over analyzing needs to be toned down. As for no two-way communication, I agree. That's when you need to double check that what you understand is the same as what was said, even if you have to sound like a broken record a little bit.
Now Cancers can show Scorpios a thing or two about sideways lingo. Yes, I admit it....we can be vague.

Verbal communication is extremely important to me. Granted, 70% of communication is non-verbal, but spoken words are still important. At least to me.
Withholding words is as wounding to me as withholding sex or love or other things is to other people.

All Scorps are insecure.
They need a vice to keep feeding into their self-importance.
Take that away?
Now you got one pathetic, squeaky little gerbil in your hands.

Melly, does he truly believe he deserves to be happy?click to expand

Have you asked him directly what he meant by that? Maybe he doesn't want to fail another person. I am sure his divorce peaked his sense of, like Rabbit stated, inadequacy .
The very best thing to do is to be supportive and have a "I'll take you at your worse" mentality IF you feel like you want him in your life. He maybe stuck in a spiral of feeling insecure. Just a thought.

I don't know. I've asked and he's never come right out and said either yes or no. But my assumption is leaning more towards 'no'click to expand

Did a Scorpio hurt you?
Let it go. Let these Scorps heal you.
It's okay, just let out and cleanse.
-Looks around to see if anyone is listen/watching-
-Pulls Don close-
Keep projecting your weakness, demons and self-hate on them, I will break you as easily as you think they're broken.
-pats Don- Okay?
-walks away- It's not white knighting if wasn't looking to get laid. It's not white knighting if wasn't looking to get laid. -repeats x 5-
LOL...
Just laying out facts as I see em.
For me I don't see the appeal in Scorps...just searching for it.
Can't complain about the sex of course, that if you seperate screaming, crying and bickering...
Theres whole lot to life than just sex, and then Scorps show their vulnerabilities.
Frail bodies, narrow minds and Childish nature.
You can manipulate them in MILLION ways you see fit.
Drunks, druggies and problems with the law...there is NO purpose to their cause!click to expand

Jesus.
Pathetic. If someone finds my backbone and self respect, please let me know. I seem to have misplaced them.
