So I had to get my license renewed today because it expired on my birthday yesterday. So I am in MVA and I take my mug shoot, know for the past 5 years my picture looked like I was mad at the world. So when I took this new photo the lady shows me the picture and I say "gee that is light" and she says to me "it is the light from god, he wants you to glow" so I started laughing and say "it is a nice picture. now my skin is already light, so know my mug shot makes me look "Light Bright Damn near white" LOL..... Is there such thing as a license with a good picture?

How did you manage to look good on a drivers license. You sure it's not genetics SL? Nobody is suppose to look on drivers license

Haha. I think so too. It's probably genetics and if you think of yourself as Sexy than you must be, I think Sexy is about 90% attitude and 10% everything else.

Yeah confidence is more like it. I find Scorpio women to always have that presence about them, that makes them always attractive. They usually carry that "Thing" with them, never goes by unnoticed. The Scorpio women I've met were not the best looking women but always had that presence and attraction going on.

Yeah, I always say that knowledge of self is the best knowledge one can have. I think self knowledge gives reassurance that contributes a lot to acquiring that "Thing" we're speaking about. We all have something beautiful to give but unfortunately not everybody are aware of what they have. Therefore can not give it.

I so agree. That is why I am glad that I took the time in my busy life years ago to look inside of me. Its an eye opener when you take the time to look at you and realize what role you play in all aspects of life. Knowing how deep you are can be fun at time. I some times be around a bunch of people

I think they should be taken by professional photographers with the proper lighting and professional setting, to help grasp your swagger and all. You know?

Happy Belated Birthday! hope you're still having fun
Your post really made me laugh. I don't like having photos taken in booths, you always end up looking so serious or cross about something. I'm always laughing inbetween each one till the red light goes on and then I have to go all serious-faced again. It's even worse if someone is with me, I can't help but get the giggles.
I don't know how I managed to get away with it, but I have one of me smiling on my drivers license - much more me!

Thank You, yes still hanging out. Out all the years of driving and taken this mug shot every 5 years I am actually happy with this license. I agree a professional phoyography is needed in the MVA.

soooo true although its good making the choice to look at yourself the decision is hard because it require change which is hard to do. People are scared to change but seeing all the chages take place makes you really appreciate life and all it has to offer. My bestquote is "Change is good"

I think the object is to try and look as natural as possible but like you said how can you when you have people waiting all around you that have nothing better to do than to watch you take your picture. I was alone when I got mines and it was first thing in the morning before the place got crowed. Not to mention I was in a good mood.
LOL< I LOVE my new license pic. I look fabulous. My hair was done, my short was a vibrant fuscia; I had a little lip gloss and mascara on. The lady complimented me as she was taking it. Granted my first license pic made me look extraterrestrial. LOL
