Scorpico Moon

hello all, new to the boards (appearantly) and although im not a scorpio, my moon happens to be (28th degree) and i feel more at home in the scorpio boards more than my native sun boards. I believe having the moon in this position is one of exclusive influence, possibly beyond all others. in my lifetime (fairly short), there have been many highs and lows as with most people. But i have come to realize the heights and depths of those with the scorpionic moon seem to be much greater (emotionally) than those of other signs.
I've heard the scorpio moon is most likely the worst position the moooon can find itself and I have to agree. I don't say this condemning those with this placement, they to can reach levels of emotional happiness just like any other sign (possible to a greater extent). i say this because i believe there is a certain longing or solitude, a bond that cannot be found in most personal relatinships.
the scorp moon would be right at home omnipresent , void of desire, consciencely connected to the universe and all it's wisdom, all questions answered.
unfortunately, this is not possible as a human.
if there was a point to all this, it would be to give insight into the scoprionic moons.

Hi Leaf, I too have scorp moon and at times think it's like torture to feel things the way we can. And I agree - it's easier for me personally to empathize with a scorpio; and feel at home discussing their issues more than I would my own sun sign's. Learning to deal with the extremes of scorp moon has taken me a very long time.. alot of soul searching. Especially issues with jealousy, and self-destructive tendencies that come along with this placement. I'm curious as to how you find your moon affects you.

My sun sign is Libra but my ascendant and moon is in Scorpio. I asked people about this on this site two weeks ago. I just purchased by birth natal report and it explains why I have never felt like the typical Libra. I have my sun, Mercury, Saturn, Venus and Pluto in Libra; Mars, Uranus and Neptune in Sagittarius; and my moon, ascendant and Jupiter in Scorpio. Although most of my planets are in Libra, I feel like a Scorpio with my moon and scendant in Scorpio, especially as a person's sun sign, moon sign and ascendant sign are equally important.
With my moon in Scorpio, sometimes I can lose my temper very quickly, not towards other people because I always walk away when my temper flares (apparantly, this is my Mars in Sagittarius at work - walking away when anger erupts). However, when I'm cornered in a fight I will lose my temper and direct it to the person who is causing it. The person is always shocked by my outburst. When I was a child/teenager I was always the wimp, hanging around with a tough group of teens who were tougher than me, yet they never ever provoked me bacuse they sometimes told me that when provoked I could be really mean. Considering I was a wimp, I found this quite amusing. I'm extremely witty, but I never use my witts against other people because I very rarely get into a fight (this angers me because I want to show people how witty I am). Some say I'm al oner which is true, but I like being alone because I know that I can't hurt myself whilst other people can. I hear moon in Scorpio people are highly sexed. I'm no different. In relationships, people have thought I was a good nice guy, a person to take home to see your mother, until we get intimate and my sexual side gets the better of me. But at the beginning of getting serious in a relationship I am always shy...but not for long. My eroscope report was rather shocking but true. My emotions run deep. When happy I'm extremely happy and when upset I'm extremely upset. I can be very vindictive and if you mess me around I can remember it for years and then get you back. My mind tells me revenge is wrong, but I have no control over my heart or actions. No disrespect to Librans because I'm one myself, but I have always thought Librans were slighly boring. But maybe my Scorpio side is responsible for that thought. I'm a nice guy but I can be bad. In typical Libran fashion, I want peace and diplomacy throughout the world and violence to be extinct, yet I love watching graphic horror films from the 70's and 80's with some good death scenes. I'm also very secretive. My Aries friend (a hard, complicated friendship) sometimes asks me what am I thinking. If I told her she would run a mile. Scorpio moon has a definate dark side that is hard to control, but I'm getting better at it, yet I kind of like my dark side. I have always been interested in the occult and supernatural whilst hating the restrictions religon imposes on society. Yet I respect religous people, even love their company.
Three weeks ago I thought planets influencing people's lives was pathetic. I'm now a believer of astrology, which is such a fascinating subject.

Supposedly ascendants have a very strong affect on the entire chart, and I have occasionally come across books stating the ascendant can bring out even stronger urges relating to its particular sign's craving/characteristics than that of the sun. For example, myself, having Taurus ascendant, my feelings toward taurean related issues, such as cravings for material posessions and stable relationships at times becomes more intense than those even my Taurean sun friends will admit to suffering. So I can deffinately understand why you feel the way you do regarding your Scorpio traits. The moon is also a very influential planet and in Vedic astrology, they tend to focus more on this than they would the Sun sign.
It's always good to get a wide variety of veiws too regarding interpretations, sometimes things don't ring true at all, but I have found some parts of me were so ingrained that I didn't even notice them, so it's always good to get an objective opinion.

That Astro site looks brilliant. I just did a free sample and the exact same description came up. I just completed checkout for my complete astro portrait. The reports on the astro website seem incredibly detailed, real, and if not better than various reports from other websites. The description about me with my Sun in Libra/Moon in Scorpio is so me, but I'm not as dark or blasphemous as it proclaims me to be. But maybe I haven't been in a position to be deemed like that yet.

Forgot to mention that it also explains why I have always disliked the sunshine, prefering a nice rainy day to get things done. Then again as I'm British we're used to rainy days.

When I'm crossed by people, stabbed in the back or kicked around, I incorporate both Libran and Scorpio tendancies into dishing outrevenge: don't get mad, get balanced, and then get even. It's brilliant! I can also swear so fluently it scares people. When most people get into arguments they lose their temper and have no control over what they're saying at times. Yet with me in arguments, they never last because I can say in the most charming and polite way that I'm going to kill you or hurt you and it is this that frightens some people. I also have no earth signs in my chart. That's probably why I've always fancied Virgos, yet I can never get one!

Sorry about that topic title. Does it sound a bit trashy? Well maybe it is an apt reflection of the state of my mind at this stage. Been with my Virgo man for just under 2 months and thus far there has not been any earth shattering passion in the bedroom.
