Scorpio and Sagitarrius

I want to ask for an opinion about a Scorpio guy, I am a Sagitarrius. We are a couple now but I am not sure if he is really serious or just trying to get into my pants. He did send a signal that he wanted sex but I said I was not ready. He said he is willing to wait but he keep on seducing me everyday through his intense kisses and hugs. I feel pity for him since I can’t give him what he wants, We broke our relationship twice. I told him to find a better GF to satisfy his needs as I am not ready for sex but he insist on waiting. He was so scared of me breaking our relationship again that he asks me now if he wanted to kiss me. There’s this one day, he said to me that fate is unknown and we might end up marrying each other one day. First of all, Nobody should force you to do anything, especially when it comes to your BODY. It's called sexual harrassment. Secondly, you guys broke up TWICE. Twice ! Thanks. Actually, both of our needs are not being fulfilled. I didn't give him what he wants. We are just a couple but maybe not that serious since no sex is involved. That is a sign that I am still on the fence. Is it true that a Scorpio can't love half-heartedly? I mean as a fire sign, we can be in "gray" zone. I am really curious if there is truth to that Scorpio can't be in "gray" zone like any other signs.

Because we just dated in July, that's just two months of a relationship. Going into sex is too early for me and I don't want to be used for sex. I want to see how sincere and serious he is to me.

Yes, we still have those boundaries. I don't want to jump into sex since it's early and I am not sure if he is serious. I feel like I can get out of a relationship easier when no sex is involved.
