Scorpio came back...

Was at a bar with my cappy date and I feel a poke on my shoulder and look to see mr. scorpio, who hasn't texted me in 3 weeks, saying hi. He looked excited to see me o.o
I find out that he had texted me during the 3 weeks but i didn't get the text. His words "I dropped off the radar." Sooo I guess it wasn't just me wondering what had happened (Why we weren't talking).
Before he leaves he makes the motion for me to call or text him. Of course I don't because I'm with my date and he ends up texting me to come over cus he wanted a cuddle buddy. I told him now, that I was busy all night and he kept saying I was lame and he hated me. After he tried to pull the "you're rejecting me" card I finally told him "No I'm not. I have plans. Respect that." And he told me he did... I'm very proud of myself. Maybe I can build back from where I left off.

Idk really what I'm asking here...maybe I just need advice on how what move to make next. I told him I'd let him know when I wanted him...so I guess it's my move now...

Yeah I have had friends tell me that. It's happended on more than one occassion so it could be possible he's being truthful about it.

@DMV Hmm, I wasn't excited as I thought I'd be when I saw him, but he is the first person who really pulled at my heart strings in a long time. There is still something there. I texted him a few mins ago. No response yet. Our mutual friend is coming into town this weekend so I may see him then when I see the mutual friend. I just don't wanna be in a rut where I start to hang out with him and he doesn't respect me enough to see me as dating material. Right now he is the only guy, besides the leo, I could see myself dating. So I kept my distance that night from my scorp because I didn't want to ruin any chances I had now. The fact that he respects my decision is a step in the right way, but now Idk if he's gonna feel rejected and not want to respond to me...guess ill see.

Both the scorpios in my life havent contacted me lately tho so I wonder if theres so scorpio thing going on .>

Nope, saying he texted you is not good enough. Wanting what you can't have seems to be running rampant with guys lately. The ball is still in his court Happy.

Yeah, well while him and I were still talking he kept making subtle hints that he didn't like when I'd give into him easily. So I took those hints and, with drunken boldness, I made the call to be dominant and not let him tell me what to do.
I don't think me and the cap are going to work. Some drama went down and I found out my taurus friend (who is also friends with the cap) still likes me and started crying at the party....so I'll prob drop that.

This leo is talking to me now tho. He invited me to hang with him tonight. So now it's between leo and the scorpio. I think I'll take ur advice QuietStorm and keep talking to both until one makes a move. Both have venus in earth signs so this could take a while *sigh*

Props to you girl, men SHOULD be forced to work for us. You need to see yourself as the prize, that only the one who is worthy can have. I don't know the back story on the scorp, but I say he's not worthy. Just based on what you said in this thread.

I naturally do well with leos so yeah it does work... he has a venus and mars in virgo tho soooo he's not flirting at all...is that normal for virgo in venus/mars or am I just hoping for something more than it is?

My time with leo was very nice. We have a lot in common and got into some pretty deep topics. Somethings weird tho...he found out I don't like lie (I detest it) and now he says hes going to fit lies into our conversation just to stir me up. WTF?!

Don't let his evidence, his "proof", of what he said is the situation to be your new definition of what is happening. Let him "think" he is in control, but don't give over complete control of your life for someone who plays games.

Actually it was weird. I was surprised I saw him, but I didn't get aroused or excited. It was just like "hey, you're here." Was weird. Would have though a spark would fly or something. Yet I'm still on the boards talking about him. What's up with that? No clue.

Sometimes our subconscious knows better than we do. The last time I was with this guy I was seeing I THOUGHT everything was a-ok. Had no idea anything was even wrong until I started fighting him to keep my clothes on. Honestly...it surprised me.

But this isn't about me getting or not getting naked. 😉 My only point is that you may be less interested in him now and you're not even consciously aware of it yet. Your body (excitement, etc) didn't react the way you thought it would.

@Elle cmon now. You know scorps are some hot/cold, up/down people lol. The bad ones really try to make someone's head spin. The cool ones are still tricky even when they're not trying. Very complicated.

Yes I would agree in most instances. I had been drinking a little tho so I'm not sure how much of that unexcitement was due to the alcohol as beer makes me very mellow and calm.
I'll have to keep rethinking this one...playing back the situation.

I thought Scorps don't come back, once it over it's over so I've read on here. But I've had Scorps to come back but their exit was so cold, I had no interest in entertaining that attitude again. So, when Scorps make a mistake do that really change and correct things? They are so fixed on being right all the damn time....
