scorpio girl and sagitarius boy, is it match?

Background:
I am Scorpio girl with Gemini moon and Aquarius ascendant.
I have relationship with Sagittarius boy with Libra moon and Aries ascendant since October 2014.
He is good, have a good sense of humor, honest, educated and rich.
He is also player, don't care and commitment phobia.

At first we are just friend, now romantic interest. We never get steady but i am still optimist we can be a couple someday.
We just meet on weekend, because we have work on weekdays.
He tell me all activity he is done on weekdays, including with whom he goes on bed and expect me to accept it.
He expect me to tell with whom i get along on weekdays, he says ok when i tell him some boys approach me but act silent as if he is jealous.

Problem:
So far i feel comfortable with our relationship. We do lot of fun. We laughing a lot.
I have commitment phobia through so fast relationship will make me insecure.
But My friends told me that we are taking too long to steady and begin asking if this Sag boy serious with me or just play on me.

Is it normal for Sag boy to take 1 year for steady?
Do you think he play on me?
