Scorpio man and woman?

So many people post negative things and say that it's just an impossible compatibility.. but i don't completely agree, i mean yes there can be a lot of fights that can get very violent very quick, but if you know how to control it i think everything else will go magical. Am i wrong? or is that really all it is.. just being mature and using your logic to keep the relationship together? Simply putting away your pride to keep the other person in your life? i just want to know how Scorpio's make it work together because i was in a relationship once with a Scorpio for 8 months and it was awful we had the worst fights, but i am in another one now and its been almost 2 months and we've so far had only a little bit of heat a few times.. but it would get resolved quickly. Why is it so different? Is this calmness going to last.. and is he this calm just because he doesn't love me enough yet or something like that?
