Scorpio man insight: What will help him open up?

how do you guys test whether someone is trustworthy?

is it a lot of testing?

what situations have you been in that has caused you to flee/close up?

If someone says a lot of hurtful things, then apologizes..but keeps doing the same thing. Would you be prone to say "i love you, its okay, i forgive you" but hold in grudges inside?

I think they would need time and a show of consistent change before they could truly move on.
