So I log on to Facebook and noticed I've been invited to an event, from an acquaintance I've not been in contact in over a year (Only occasionally contacting her on fb). According to her FB status she's single.

In my eyes this is very out of the blue, but if anyone was to make the first step, it would have been her and not me.

So to speak the ball is in my court now. Here's hoping this is the beginning.

Just seem odd inviting someone having not really spoken to them in a while. Plus it is right in not making a big deal about it. It's just one person contacting another, to say if they want to hang out.

@ M143, sometimes I wish I were all three but that's not the case.

Knowing my luck, she'll be unavailable romantically.
