Well, I can see why Aries would think that scropios are wimps -We don't run from confrontation, they do (which is not a bad thing on thier part, as anger is not alwasy an answer)
But what I do hate is that the strike from behind, unlike us. I dont think that they are wimps, though. I know a male and a female scorpio - BALLSY VERY BALLSY

There are different kinds of strength and all the signs display it differently. I think a provoked a scorp would be more than willing to strike back full-frontal. In fact, I've seen it. They tend to do this with words more than physically, though. I think that's the more lethal way, too. Words can still affect someone long after a black eye has healed.
all the scorpios i know are far from "whimps" altho i have never pushed one (that i know of) so it really all comes down to your definition of a "whimp"..

But scorps have no interest in warfare for its own sake, they are only interested in power. If the opponent is not interested in outcomes, then that makes it all the more easy for scorp to win what he/she desires.

Who would win a battle between Scorp and Aries, the Aries would. However, a lot depends on how important it is to the Scorp. The truth of the matter is that Scorps don't fight for the hell of it. We are pretty intense and it takes a lot out of us because we know that the war will not end until we say it's over and that's it. We have very long memories and we will keep stinging the Aries every chance we get until we tire of it. Which is why people "fear" (for lack of a better word)us. If you're going to make an enemy of a Scorp then you have one for life. Everytime we see you, we are going to strike. It's never over, that's why I say that it's important to know how important it is to the Scorp. If it's nothing we'll brush you off, you won't even be on our radar. You're insignificant, so if you strike a Scorp and they don't do anything chances are they didn't even feel it. Remember we're manipulative and after power so everything we do has to benefit us in some way. If we can benefit nothing from you, no one can ignore you better than us. No one.

Meanwhile, if the Scorp decides that this battle is something that he/she wants to defend itself against then the Aries would fall. Simply because the Aries would have no idea what it's up against and the Scorp now know all their moves. They've been running around huffing and puffing and just when they thought it's over it's really just begun for the Scorp. Again, once the Scorp is engaged in the battle it's not over until WE say it is. And that could be years. Aries doesn't have the stamina for a battle with a Scorp. So, the bottom line is this, it you're talking about a one time "battle" the Aries will win. However, if it turns into an all out war then the Aries doesn't stand a chance against us. My concern here is not who will "win" or who is more "powerful" - (truly, there is no such thing unless one chooses for there to be) but who will remain the healthiest. When one "harbours" grudges or any emotions for a long period of time, this will eat away at the body causing many health issues including ..... cancer. For one to be truly healthy enjoying their moments here, it is wise to deal straight away with any conflicts and then, move on.

His mom has more of an ability to see both sides of any situation. To maintain balance, she probably lets him THINK he's boss. So she's really the one in control.

Scorps don't waste their energy on the weak. We have big hearts, and if it is sensed that you can easily be defeated, then we're willing to grant mercy to your soul. So long as you don't get too big for your britches. Then you must be put in your place.

QS- I suppose you or anyone is able to get someone "deep" ....however, this can only happen if the other person allows for this to happen. I cannot say that I have had any altercations with a scorp woman but if I did, I would not pay a bit of attention...let them say what they need to say and I'd just scoodle on along.

I guess I should be more specific. The Aries started the petty crap. Scorps don't start things and we would have to be quite pushed to be affected. She blew a lot of smoke and it became suffocating. So, I just put an end to it in one short moment, and moved on. Simple. Some things are beyond someones control. Meaning I didn't blow a bunch of smoke and back and forth with her, I used another tactic that would simply show her, if she kept messing with me, things like her career could end. Affectiveness. Trust me it was bad for me to go that route. She never uttered a word to me again. Job complete.

Usually when one uses these type of methods...they themselves are, have been emotionally abused either by others or themselves.

I don't enjoy abusing anybody, nor do I make a habit of it.
When someone deserves it, I'll start to press them until they get the message. If they still don't get it, I'll usually just avoid them.

i love how the battle between Aries and Scorps lives on. Either way there is no true victor, it all depends on the fight at hand and what you are representing in the debate. I love scorps, though i believe their need to attack through emotion is far crueler thing then anything i've experienced. I once got into a critical fight with a libra / scorp (oct 22, heard to be very powerful cusp day)... lets just say he tried to mentally rape me.. or at least that's the feeling i'd figure a person who was raped would feel.
To say the least I did not bad down, i did not show fear and i brutally attacked him the same way he had attacked me. After i had said my words he was speechless... i left afterwards since there was obviously nothing more to say, but honestly i felt like i wanted to die. i had never been so pressed against a wall in my life! but with my Aries quick pride and my taurus stubborn nature i didnt back down. sorry but i rather die then let my pride be shattered, scorps may seem to be the most powerful to some, but it can be beaten. i don't think its either or is better, just depends on the person.
To say the least I did not bad down, i did not show fear and i brutally attacked him the same way he had attacked me. After i had said my words he was speechless... i left afterwards since there was obviously nothing more to say, but honestly i felt like i wanted to die. i had never been so pressed against a wall in my life! but with my Aries quick pride and my taurus stubborn nature i didnt back down. sorry but i rather die then let my pride be shattered, scorps may seem to be the most powerful to some, but it can be beaten. i don't think its either or is better, just depends on the person.
I like to think I am a whimp, turns out I am not. My lust for perfection always got me tuning up the heat. For all the things I did wrong, and all the relationships I ruined, you think, hey maybe he would devote his life to invent a magical time machine. Thing is, us scorps, whimps, don't see that fit.
Personally, you can't say who would win a battle between any sign is you are referring to physical strenghts. Anyone can be physically strong but you need more than physical strenght to win a war. This thread has turned into the age old misconception about Scorps with the "verbally abusing" people. Has anyone noticed (which as been said multiple times in this thread) that Scorps don't initiate battles. To criticize the way we respond to a threat is ridiculous. Simply put, don't start none won't be none. I think Queen Scorps post is the perfect example of how we tend to operate. The Aries girl attacked her instead of rushing to respond (which is typical of Aries) she waited. When she was ready to strike the Aries girl didn't know what hit her. This has nothing to do with power or control, this is about how a person responds to threats. If you are a bully who didn't know any better a Scorp would seem like an easy target. Why because we're the first to walk away from a confrontation (a fact that seems to be missed by all). We have nothing to prove to anyone and getting into a confrontation is bothersome. However, keep doing it then we strike, simple. No we don't have high blood pressure because we can't get over what you did to us. Once we have repaid the favor in kind, it's usually forgotten about. At least until we see you again. If we're bored then you get stung again and this can go on forever. That's why Scorps have this reputation, not because we're evil tyrants, hardly. It's because once you really piss us off, you've just created a bad situation for yourself that will last for God knows how long. While these are not honorable traits, we can be vindictive, manipulative and unforgiving. But you should've thought about this before you started the butter. So in that respect you absolutely deserve whatever you get.

Whether it's always possible to walk away is subjective. I don't think it's always possible to cave in to others because that's not who I am. Some people do suck and commit horrible acts that deserve retribution. Giving it to them is part of the karma they deserve, for if you didn't do it, who would?

Personally, I think it's clear you are projecting your own insecurities on the Scorp board, I'm not sure why but that doesn't concern me, us Scorps are used to haters. It kind of comes with the territory. It reminds me of a joke by Katt Williams (I'm paraphrasing) "No one should be concerned with people hating on them, it means you're doing something right. Your only concern should be how to get more people to hate on you". While I'm sure I butchered the joke I think you can get the point.
