I met this scorpio man online. We spoke daily at the beginning, we matched perfectly and decided to go out. Days passed and all this faded away, he's busy with the new car and his son and barely speak. I didn't remind him of our date. Shall initiate or leave it to him?

Reaching out and showing interest will only get her as far as reaching out and showing interest.
If he wanted to have something accomplished he would reach out and show interest himself. Because that’s how Scorpios are.
You can’t win them. Unless they WANT to be won.
If he is interested he should be able to remember that he wants to go on a date
