That is something like what I was saying. To me, taking the rapist's life is not immoral. Others would argue that it is not anyone's place to become the punisher but that is nancy panzy Christianity talk.

I don't really have a problem with religion in itself, rather, the hypocrites who use it to purposely sin (knowingly wrong), without any personal accountability because they USE their God to carry their guilt for them.

I can honestly say that if I killed a person because they deserved it, then I probably would have no guilt .... but, the question remains, such as you've pointed out ..

There is a piece somewhere (and I forget where) that says if you feel you are doing the right thing and it can be justified then there is no moral question. People's consciences will be judged in the end.

I'm not a fan of governments. Like we need a piece of paper backed up by law enforcers to tell us what to do. At the same time though there needs to be order.

The only thing he told me was the end .... that the serial killer made him do the 7th deadly sin.
However, I don't know what that sin is .... I don't know if the serial killer died, or the hero (probably the villian died).
So, maybe he didn't get to the end .. I'll have to watch it because this just doesn't make sense. How could that be the end?

I'm not so sure anyone won there. Perhaps torture would be more appropriate. Or you could kill hi with kindness and give him specially treatment and a light sentance. Then wait for him to rebuild his own life and kill his kid and lover.

I did not know these. I don't understand why humility would be a good thing. And I don't know why pride is so bad. It's an oversized ego that's the real problem.
