Nothing really, its like the tides. I know it will pass and I wait it out. I know when the flood resides it will have left fertile soil in its wake, so Instead of wasting my energy fighting I sit tight until its over and I can grow.

I used to feel like you...i was envious of people being in r.ships and *perceived* everyone to be happily ever after
And now, the irony is, i am one of the happiest people i know lol ~ single, spend lots of time with myself, travel by myself and go out alone. Okay i have been through the marriage thing, but nobody ever told me that i could be very happy with myself
I'm glad you are in that stage of your life you feel most positive. I'm happy for my sisters they have had rough times too but at the same time its like, when will my turn come. I've always been single and I??ve had times where i am so happy being single and that freedom to do my own thing. At the same time it scares me that am i going to still be alone? I haven??t even done the basic relationship stuff like going out shopping with a guy, going on a date where I can hold the guys hand and just feel comforted. I've never been referred to as someone??s Girlfriend/partner. So it get that feeling where I feel out of place/lost or question myself. :S

I get like this every year, few months-weeks before my birthday where I reflect on my life and start to feel low.
Does this happen to you guys too? How do you get out of that feeling to distract yourself?
