Understanding the scorpio influenced man

He is not a scorpio, but he is an 8th house person. By that I mean sun, venus, mercury, pluto and saturn in the 8th house.
I discovered that he is very much scorpionic. In that there is a necessity for control at all times. That means he needs to win all the time.
Does a scoprio man concede to his lady, much less a scorpio-influenced?

I don't know, I read somewhere that this is what scorpio is like in a relationship. If not always, its most of the time..

You do make sense, Sagigoat, but I dont believe love is a choice. That person I speak of is mature in some areas, and immature in others. An 8th house person is usually not someone flighty.. he just has a super huge ego.

Yeah, thats an instinctive reaction on my part. I feel like I've to beat him at the game; make him prove it. He likes to prove it through sheer tenacity, patience, all good scorpionic traits.

Exactly. He likes to make things hard for himself. Yet I can't be a bitch; he can be twice as bitchy. He doesn't like things too easy for him, which I can tend to do, but it's a game, and it's tiring.
