Most of what's said in the world of astrology is best taken with a pinch of sat.
Sex is an action, action is associated with Mars. Venus is about relationships.
If anything, Scorpio Venus usually places far more emphasis on sex as their way of expressing their love towards their partner. But that doesn't mean the sex will always be any good, as that's determined by both the native's Mars and sexual compatibility.
