Anything within healthy limits, as long as they are not obese to the point they cannot move or help themselves or slim to the point where most likely I would have to be the one to protect them from any danger.
Although I must say, any body shape that is too muscular or fit to the point where they are hard on all body surfaces, be it male or female, is not an attractive feature to me.
I find confidence very attractive, if they love their own bodies and are comfortable in their own skin. If so, then I will embrace it and love them for all that they are as well.

Looks alone aren't going to attract me to a person, but to be more than friends with a man, my physical attraction to them has to be high enough to start with.
I'm health conscious and I do what I can to maintain a slim toned physique. I prefer, on men, a lean to medium build that's moderately muscular and proportional. Pro swimmer's bodies match what I mean. But I'm not expecting elite level looks, so it isn't that only a pro swimmer's body will do, it's just important to me that my partner shares my interest in being healthy and fit and has the discipline to maintain his body reasonably well both for well being and appearance.

My opinion is that for better or for worse, whether their looks deteriorate or improve, I choose to stay with them for what and who they are.
As cliché as that may sound, their external appearance has no affect on whether or not I love them.
I have been around incredibly good looking men and women but the moment they open their mouths or the moment they are around others, the toxicity they spew out is enough for me to never like them, much less want to be in their direct vicinity.
Their inner ugliness could not be covered by what external beauty they were endowed or man made with.

I had lost it not because I wanted to...because I couldn't swallow (the food)...
And I became skinnier just naturally by being in love with no hope for the future.
Then later until now I am sometimes pigging out (today 4 slices of pizza and half a hoagie - who eats this much?)
But my scale says - go ahead - not an ounce gained...because I am a nervous wreck!
My body now processing food as a garbage that is going out as soon as it got in.
And I am not a spring chicken my any means. I am an old hen but I am feeling great physically. Shitty emotionally.
But I wouldn't change it. I want him to see me GORGEOUS! Not that he cares...just my gift so he can say I am having
