WHAT NO ANSWER MEANS?

I like scorpio for almost 6 months. He acts like he likes me back and gives me those body language signals, but never told me that.I feel magnetic attraction between us. But I never told him I am into him.

Then My friend has told scorpio that he and I can be great couple. HE IGNORES HER AND GIVES NO ANSWER. what does it mean? I am confused. Please help what I should do, stay back or tell.him I like him?

I think he's either not that interested or he's hesitant for some reason.

But I've never known a Scorpio man to not make a move ,unless he's doing that weird observation thing we do sometimes when we're serious about someone. click to expand

My friend has told me that when she said what she said, he seemed so surprised.

P.S. We have known each other for 1 year. Maybe he sees me just like friend. What do you think is there any chance he will change his mind if he until that day, considers me just as his friend?
