*(mature) young adults here* ok so we knew each other in HS, we were in different grades so we didn't really hang out, he (Scorpio) randomly followed me on twitter one day, we started talking, made plans to hang out at a mutual party we were going to, the plans fell through due to unforeseen circumstances, and we stopped talking for a while. Randomly started talking again about a month ago, finally met up for a day date, and boom! There's that scorpio intensity. Texted all afternoon, sent me playlists etc. I went away that weekend and he asked to see my again before he went away the next weekend. Movie date. Went really well, he was a perfect gentleman. He kept referencing out mutual meeting of families, dates in the future, even though he is going to college in 3 weeks. We've both done LDR before, so no big deal. I felt like he really liked me. That was a week ago. Since then, nothing! I asked when I was going to see him again, he said sometime next week, the middle of the week rolls around still no plans so I text him to meet up with a few friends, he does, we text a couple more times this week. But it's like that intensity is vanished. I know I really like him, and I want to be exclusive. I think he really likes me too, but what happened to the whole, future dates, let's hang out more, meet my family, etc?? Now I have to initiate everything and while he does respond back, is he not into me as much as he said he was? ;(

Dialing back the intensity =/= lack of interest. Most Scorps know they can come on strong or get caught up too quick and simply chill out to ride the wave. Scorp men can be sensitive to rejection as well.

Simply ask him directly as a "mature young adult" if he's on the same page as you in terms of interest (vs the sideway scuttle Crabs are known for). If he is, he'll probably take the lead from there because you've given him the green light. Just be careful of what you wish for.

I am a Scorpio woman, but Have been involved with a scorpio man in the past. I can really only speak for him, I hope not all are like him. He was very controlling, possessive, jealous and vindictive. Based on what I discovered from him, I would never go for a Scorpio man again (I am sure not all are like this however). So think long and hard about if this is what you want. I think Reincarnation may be right and he has lost interest. This guy was very intense, expecting me to keep the communication line available to him 24/7. He was way too intense. Again though that was just him, He had some trust issues from a previous relationship though that could have played a part.

He is not interested anymore.

Also - you mentioned previous relationships. That's a mistake.

Never talk about previous relationships with a Scorpio man. To the male Scorpion, the past is dead and he wants to be everything to you now. By bringing that stuff up, you give it life. Bad move.

When I start to cut off contact, it's either because my insecurities and fears start to surface and I expect him to do the talking.
