Wondering if Scorpio man has cold feet.

I recently ( a few weeks ago) met a Scorpio man with Venus/Scorpio on an online site. We both were not enjoying the whole idea much. We exchanged numbers and started chatting. For 6-10 hours a day every day. He would always text me good morning beautiful and conversations became intense fast. Both of us openly wanting to begin a relationship with one another and trying to meet up.. He even considered me his gf.. All of a sudden, this last weekend, he explained he had alot on his plate with moving. He made an effort to text me on eater, them tat was it. I called him today wanting to see if he wanted to meet for a drink. he was suppose to call me back and didn't. As intense as it had got, I am wondering if he is afraid to meet out of fear of rejection, or of his feelings.. I had heard that Venus/Scorpios are intense and loyal. Any male Scorpio opinions appreciated, as I am crazy about him..

Doesn't sound very promising. He could have cold feet as well because this fantasy is becoming very real, but still. It's a red flag.

Thanks guys and gals.. I didn't necessarily accept being his gf. I wanted to meet up and start doing things together.My gut tells me., he is afraid of rejection. It's just, I am trying to understand these moods and the different things me may do to try and test what we are building

Also.. He had kept telling me how he couldn't wait for the move to be over so we could begin this. And how badly he wanted to see me. We had also spoke several times on the phone as he would call just because.He had wanted me.to drive 35 mikes to see him. Is it wrong for me to want him to drive to me or meet half way?Either way. All I can do is wait it out patiently. I just hope he is worth the wait.
