for bulls? esp. since bulls are so popular for their disappearing acts? and if you are one of those bulls, how do you expect for someone to still be there with you gone into hiding from them for months/years? and what are you thinking about your SO when you are away from them? what is your relationship pace meter like? and ultimately what makes/would make you want to take it forward to marriage with someone.

I am a bull who often disappears. I only disappear when a guy has done something to offend me, or I feel like the relationship between us might not be worth fighting for anymore. Therefore I will go for along time thinking thing through over and over again in my head. On that time I will decide if I want to be with you or not. Although disappearing from the guy might hurt him, I do it anyways. This also a way we test how much a person likes you, or loves you. If you decide to contact us in this thinking process, we know you still care. If you don't its like maybe you weren't worth it anyways. Stupid I know but, that's the best I could explain it. Another reason would be that the guy is simply moving to fast, and as you know bulls are normally slow movers. If we sense the slightest bit of pressure, we will shut you out(well I will, let me speak for myself) LOL.

Most of the time when a Taurus disappears we will not come back. If we do that means we have realized we are serious about you, and would like to proceed. Although I have never done this while in a relationship. I tend to do it while talking to a potential mate, before entering a relationship.

Memyself- Also define your definition of disappeared. For some it's 3 days for others irs 3 months and zero contact initiated by either party. Or does it mean they ignore your communication.

yep, more like months with zero contact initiated by either party. this question came to my mind, because i keep reading that taurus pull the disappearing act (for months) every once in a while and are in general very slow to commit. so what are they thinking about a potential partner while they are out of sight? it almost sounds like no matter where they are in a relationship, they will go MIA once in a while. does that sound like a general taurus trait?

I was guilty of this as well. I'm not a very trusting individual. I'm very particular about who I allow in my inner circle. I am always questioning people's motives or intentions...But nonetheless, I still give them the benefit of the doubt...But I prefer to move slow, to get to know them at my own pace. I'm checking for inconsistencies/consistencies, behavioral patterns, lies, genuine traits, and etc. I can't speak for every other Taurus. But I move on instinct. If I have a good feeling about the individual, then I tend to incorporate them into my life...gradually though, not quickly.

Honesty is VERY important with a Taurus. We always know more than you think we do. Even if we may not call you out on it!

When I feel that I'm being rushed, a red flag pops up, and then I begin to question this individual's motives/sincerity. How can someone be possibly serious about an individual in a short period of time? Unless their reasons were shallow, disingenuous, or maybe they're just plain crazy!

If this persists, I will pull a disappearing act!

When an individual is sending mixed signals. I used to be a bit passive-aggressive when I was younger. Expecting them to pursue/court me diligently without verbalizing anything. I lost a lot of great potential possibilities because of this. I'm a little more evolved now, now I just verbalize it and let them have it! This has actually produced greater results.

Depends on the duration of the courtship, how we feel about you, and how often you contacted us during this time.

This plays a BIG difference.

I was in a relationship with a Scorpio once.
During the early stages of dating...
I pulled those disappearing acts.
He just would show up at my front door for some answers.
No phone calls.
No emails.
No texts.

We dated for three years 🙂

Quite frankly, 3months of not hearing from a bull is NOT what occurs in a relationship with one. That must just be a friendship or something "casual". IF that occured in a relationship, then SOMEONE, FCKED up MAJORLY, and it WASN'T the Bull. It is up to the person (who did wrong) to CALL/TEXT/Email to repair it all or prepare for a SOLID icing out.. or be cut off COMPLETELY.

I don't disappear, but I DO get quiet and sit back for a few days, to observe the TRUE interest of my person of interest. Because of my (Venus in Aries) my natural tendency wants to "Take over & initiate" ..But I stop myself and sit back to see if THEY themselves initiate. Give THEM a chance to show me THEIR interest. I don't disappear to atempt to "Slow down" a courtship, you're either ready for a relationship or you're not, don't waste someone's time by disappearing months at a time that's inconsiderately RUDE.

+1 trillion to everything you stated here Taurusbelle! I agree with every word! I simply do not understand how you take someone back who disappears for 3+ weeks I don't care what the issue is. If you don't contact me in ANY WAY for that long you need to stay GONE! It's OVER no matter how much I love you. And to top it off these guys aren't even explaining to these ladies WHY they disappeared! They just show up like it's all good! I would lose my COOKIES! Must be my Taurus placements...
