This little bundle of joy is named Harley, but he's got many, many nicknames including Charlie, Chopper, and Herpies. He's a former Rescue Dog and today is his supposed Birthday! A few days ago I was hired to take a few shots of him in his habitat and thought I'd share a few with you all since it is Taurus Season.

I'm not entirely sure he's even a Taurus though cause he acts very much like a Leo in the sense that he demands a lot of attention and loves being in the limelight. An example is when he feels ignored he will do what his owner calls "The Worm" and drag himself across a carpet with his back and front legs stretched out. They say you can spot people with specific signs based on physical characteristics and I wonder if the same can be said about Dogs?

Ever see the animals resembling their owners.. haha..

They have birthdays too and act like the owners..

Ie..my cat is 9 years old. She is like healthcliff because she is fat, lazy, shy around people, very affectionate, always on my hip.. she eats, sleeps, uses the restroom, takes a bath, and plays..just like me same traits. Likes to be a homebody and loves the sunshine as much as I do..her birthday is Libra/Scorpio...I see many traits I'm a Taurus..

My other cat is exact opposite. His birthday is February so he's more Aquarius ..because he's affectionate when he wants to, messes with my other cat, passive aggressive towards my other cat...sleeps, eat, plays harder, and is less detached...doesn't always sleep with me, likes space. So HAHA..

Not much of a Cat person, but I used to have Dogs when I was younger. The problem is I keep outliving my buddies and it becomes increasingly harder to bury yet another pet and mourn their loss. But it's great to know that pets are included in the zodiac as well. My favorite Dog I owned was a Black Lab and Pitbull Mix, I named him Thor after the Roman God.

He was a big dog, but scared of his own shadow, he used to hide behind me and lay his head between my legs. I had raised him since the day he was born and he was the quintessential "runt" of the litter. Unfortunately he had a Hereditary skin condition which caused all his hair to fall out and he'd get severe rashes.

I refused to put him down as the Veterinarian suggested as I valued his life, unfortunately someone had access to him and decided to disregard my beliefs or feelings and took him to be put down without my knowledge. I still have his Collar and toys, keep them in a ziplock bag in a box.

Most recent Dog to die was a purebred Beagle in mid July of 2014, his name was Zakk Wyld after the Bassist from the band Slayer. He was 11 years old, CPR was administered but he just couldn't hold on.

So does your pets resemble your actions or traits at all. It is funny to think animals resemble you..

Oh my other cat was 5 years old only and passed away last Nov, got hit by a car. I was devastated. She was still warm when I got home from work..My brother was the one to find her in the street less than 2 seconds from our house... I cried and I haven't cried for anything in a long time. An animal you have adopted or sheltered for along time hurts.. I used to feel my dead cat's impression where she used to sleep only at the feet of my bed and once in a while lay on my stomach.. I felt it after she died. I was sad even more cause she was not there but felt her presence..

My mom had a chiawienie dog and a staffordish terrier almost pit...and both were put down.. it was hard but she was cold and detached for that because one was an abused dog but had a go in the house poop and pee problem.. the other dog got loose and had a neighbors dog in her mouth but not viciously but playful... she was 4-5 years old. Never get a dog that is too much and you have time for..I get cats because I can train them and I work too much to own a dog..

Hey when's your birthday fellow bull?
