Is he serious?

This Taurus man I'm dating suggested that we movie in together a couple weeks ago. He had a bit of alcohol when he said this, but when he drinks he gains confidence to say things that he wouldn't say sober. He has a hard time showing affection and so do I, I'm a bit intimidating because I'm not an affectionate woman. We've been dating since last June

Drunks will always do or say things which they don't mean or have any intention of following through with. Just like any Addict, they will spin and spin hoping to reel you in but when common sense and logic prevail, it will be like it never happened.

If he's unable to man up, then he's not worth your time! At least he shouldn't be, women choose to latch on to the hopeless, hoping for change but getting none in the end. Life is all about choices, make the wrong ones and you spend the rest of your life paying for it. Always be cautious of your surroundings and wary of talkers.

The thing is he wasn't drunk, he just drank alcohol. And when he is being affectionate majority of the time he isn't drunk. Him literally taking a sip of alcohol gives boosts his confidence. I don't know if he's just really nervous in being affectionate or what.

You are considered Drunk / Intoxicated with a single sip of Alcohol. Hence, why people are arrested for Drunk in Public even though they aren't falling down drunk. Once you consume Alcohol, it has the ability to change your brain chemistry and therefore alter mental capacity.

Also, you initially failed to explain that he's usually sober when he relays his affection. Regardless you look like you are defending him and it makes those of us with perception skills think your in denial. Next time, include such information upfront and people like me won't get the wrong idea.

Anyway, my initial thoughts hold true on this Subject. Anyone needing the aid of Alcohol to calm nerves or get courage, has red flag written all over them and as a Bull I'd cut all ties. Then again I don't typically associate with Drinkers so I'm probably biased.
